David and Loida Robles
David serves since 2004 as the pastor-teacher at Iglesia Evangélica de León (Evangelical Church of León), Spain. He is a graduate of The Master´s Seminary (M.Div.). Loida studied a Master of Biblical Counseling at The Master’s College. After graduation, David and Loida went back to their home country. Throughout these years, God has blessed the exposition of His Word and the church has grown spiritually and numerically. David has a wide preaching and teaching ministry in Spain and other Spanish speaking countries. David and Loida have three daughters: Abigail, Noa and Sofía.
Goals:
CHURCH STRENGTHENING: Through the preaching and teaching of God´s Word in the local church and other churches around Spain.
LEADERSHIP TRAINING: Through the raising and training of new leadership in Iglesia Evangélica de León as well as other churches in Spain.
Current Ministry:
IGLESIA EVANGÉLICA DE LEÓN: David preaches weekly and pastors in Evangelical Church of León. He also does some discipleship with a few men in the church. Although her main ministry is her family, Loida currently leads and teaches in the women’s ministry and also serves in the children’s ministry.
BEREA BIBLICAL CONFERENCES AND SEMINARY: David is the founding president and director of this ministry started in 2010. Through various biblical, theological and pastoral conferences each year many leaders all around Spain are exposed to solid teaching from God’s Word. Also, Berea Seminary offers a modular program on Expository Preaching, as well as Bible and Theology. There are students from Spain, Portugal and North Africa. Some of these students have been ordained to the ministry or serve as elders in several local churches all around the country. Berea has also a publishing ministry focused on the new biblical books in Spanish.
PREACHING AND TEACHING MINISTRY: David has also a wide preaching and teaching ministry throughout other churches in Spain and other Spanish speaking countries.
